Thank you for shopping with Pizza for the Soul™, operated by Sealed Book LTD. Each book we create is made uniquely for you or your loved one. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Personalised Nature of Our Products
Our books are individually crafted and personalised based on your submitted content. As such, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is confirmed and production has begun.
This policy aligns with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and similar provisions in UK, US, and Canadian consumer laws, which exempt personalised goods from standard return rights.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives with a clear production defect or has been significantly damaged in transit:
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
- We will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature and severity of the damage.
3. About the Gift Box
Each book is delivered in our signature pizza-inspired gift box. While we take great care to package every order securely, minor cosmetic imperfections to the outer box (e.g. small dents or scuffs during transport) do not constitute grounds for replacement.
We aim to ensure the book itself – the heart of your gift arrives in perfect condition. If both the book and the box are visibly damaged, we will of course assess the issue fairly.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- You will receive confirmation by email once processed.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 14 business days:
- Please check with your bank or credit card provider.

6. Shipping Fees
If a product is confirmed defective or substantially damaged, we will cover return or replacement shipping costs. No additional fees will be charged to you in such cases.
