At Pizza for the Soul™, each book is a deeply personal creation – crafted with love, care, and meaningful attention by our small but dedicated team. This page explains how long it takes to make your personalised gift and what to expect during delivery.

1. How Long Does It Take?

Creating your book is not a process we rush – it’s a handcrafted experience. Each story is unique and deserves the time it needs to be told beautifully.

• Creation time: 5-7 business days

After you submit your completed questionnaire, our creative team personally prepares your book – one story at a time.

• Printing & packaging: 3-5 business days

Once completed, your book is printed, lovingly packaged in our signature gift box, and prepared for shipment by our trusted print and logistics partner.

2. Estimated Delivery Times (After Production)

Delivery time depends on your location and local postal service performance. Average delivery times after production are:

• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
• European Union: 4–6 business days
• USA & Canada: 6–8 business days
• Australia & other countries: 6–12 business days

Please note: While we work with reliable logistics partners, customs delays and remote locations may affect actual delivery time.

3. Shipping Costs

We aim to keep our pricing transparent. While our iconic gift box is always included in the price, shipping may be included or added at checkout, depending on the destination and selected delivery method. Details will be clearly presented before you finalise your order.

4. Gifting & Delivery Options

You can choose where the book is sent:

• Directly to the recipient for a delightful surprise
• To yourself, so you can gift it in person with a personal touch

5. What If the Book Arrives Late?

We understand that your gift is often tied to a special date. In case of potential or confirmed delays, you can let us know during the personalisation process.

We offer two options in the questionnaire:

• Potential Delay
• Confirmed Delay

Based on your selection, we’ll add a warm, charming message inside the book – a little note from us to the recipient – turning the delay into part of the magic.
