At Pizza for the Soul™, everything we create is designed with intention, empathy, and imagination. These Terms and Conditions explain the foundation of our relationship with you – our cherished customer – and set out what you can expect from us and what we kindly ask of you in return.

1. About Us

Sealed Book LTD is the company behind the brand Pizza for the Soul™, which operates this website and provides all related services and products. The company is registered in the European Union and offers its services internationally.

2. Orders and Payments

• Orders can be placed through our website using secure payment options like Stripe or PayPal.
• Your order is considered final once payment is completed.
• Because each book is tailor-made, no cancellations or changes can be made after your content is submitted and the creation process has begun.
• Our pricing always includes your custom-made book and our signature gift box. Shipping fees may apply depending on your delivery destination and will be clearly shown at checkout.

3. Personalised Products

Every book we make is unique – just like the person it’s meant for.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Once submitted, it cannot be altered.
• Our books are deeply personal, and as such, they cannot be refunded or returned, except in cases of confirmed damage or production defect.

Text Editing and Creative Interpretation

When you use our optional services – “Polish My Words” or “Soulful Rewrite” – you entrust us to enhance your input in ways that reflect your chosen level of guidance.

• With Polish My Words, we preserve your original structure and wording while making grammatical and punctuation corrections to ensure clarity and smooth flow.
• With Soulful Rewrite, you provide us with key ideas, phrases, or feelings – and we reimagine them entirely in our creative voice to craft something heartfelt and cohesive.

Please note:

• Both services involve editorial judgment and, in the case of Soulful Rewrite, artistic interpretation.
• By selecting either option, you acknowledge that the final result may differ from your original tone or expectations.
• We are unable to offer refunds or remakes based on subjective dissatisfaction with editorial outcomes.

We treat every submission with thoughtfulness and care – always aiming to honour your message, while adding the voice and warmth that define our storytelling style.

4. Submitting Content and Legal Responsibility

By uploading any content (including images, text, or video), you confirm:

• That you own the content or have obtained proper permission to use it
• That no content infringes on third-party rights or includes anything illegal or offensive
• That if the content features a child under 16 (EU/UK) or under 13 (USA), you are the child’s legal guardian or have verifiable parental consent

We reserve the right to decline content that violates these conditions or does not align with our values.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, visuals, designs, and branding found on our site – including our pizza-inspired packaging – are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not use or reproduce them without our express written permission.

The stories you send us remain yours. The final layout, design, and creative presentation, however, belong to Sealed Book LTD.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we do everything possible to ensure the quality of your experience:

• Sealed Book LTD is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, delays caused by shipping providers, or emotional reactions to content presentation.
• If you’re dissatisfied with our service, your sole legal remedy is to discontinue its use.
• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Books are created by hand over 5-7 business days, then printed and shipped by our trusted UK partner.
• Delivery times vary depending on destination (see our Shipping Policy for estimates).
• While we aim to deliver on time, occasional postal or customs delays are beyond our control.
• If your order is affected by such delays, we offer an optional in-book message to soften the wait with a touch of heart.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved by the courts of Plovdiv, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection law.

Customers in the EU may also choose to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, or applicable laws. The most current version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our services after updates are posted, you agree to the revised terms.
